Sexy peekaboo keyhole above the waist in front. Empire waist with ties, and skirt is lined all the way to just above the knees. Front slit in skirt, knee high. Shoulder: 17’ Sleeve length: 22’ Waist (empire waist): 13.5’ Length (shoulder to hem): 54’ I am 5’2 and wear 3 inch heels with the dress on.
