There are ruffles on the waist, straps, and hem of the dress. The bodice has a bit of underwire for structure and ties in the middle for a cutout effect. The dress zips up at the back with a hook and eye closure. Mostly lined. Super cute! No stains, holes, or runs, snags, discoloration or other flaws to note.
