jsimonestyles @aisloan thanks for reaching out...I too am a pear shaped with 36C cup... I ordered the large at first but the corset part had room so I dropped to the medium and was pleased with the fit. There is a stretchy material for the base of the corset body suit and mesh for the mini skirt part which isn't very stretchy but it fits my size 10 hips.
