For Kitty Rescue! Blu Sage Tiered Lace Beaded Dress

I believe this dress is black, but the finish on the lace makes it look like a blue-black. It is surplice style in front, V neck both front and back. The diagonal tiers of lace are attached to the lining, and on the bust, the lining is attached to the back of the lace rather than being a loose lining. There are beaded accents all over. Great for any dressy occasion, even mother of the bride! It is size 14 It has a little bit of stretch. Armpit to armpit 18" Waist side to side 17" Length from shoulder: 41" The fiber label has been cut out, but I believe it's nylon and polyester. Excellent pre-owned condition!
