For Good Peplum Top with Fluttered Sleeves

Black with white and gold floral print. Fabric is sheer. It’s hard to tell in pictures but there are covered buttons in the front, the waist has elastic so it will billow above and peplum below the waist. There’s a ruffle on each shoulder as well that runs from the front of the shirt to the back.
