If you have concerns about how I shipped the hat, I’d be glad to refund you and provide a return shipping label. If this hat was damaged, please let know so I can properly address this and file a claim. If the hat was not damaged and you felt the need to provide 3 stars because it wasn’t sent in your preferred packaging, please do conduct business with me moving forward. It’s a hat, not crystals. I’m sure the hat is fine.
