@alysas_clothing hi, yes, I started dieting & then it just became a lifestyle change. How depends on what your goals are. If your just trying to lose weight, nutrition & exercising is vital. I would say limiting daily sugar, salt & sodium intake is crucial. Your daily sugar intake shouldn't exceed more than 50 grams of sugars,meaning reading ingredients label on everything you eat is important. Stick to complex carbs, brown rice, bananas, veggies, & low glycemic foods like Ezekiel bread, which is amazing! :) make sure you sweat everyday & burn calories! And lotssssss of water at least a liter a day, then try 2 liters a day. Eating 5-6 times a day will speed your metabolism . Of course portion control is key. Most important eat clean! No McDonald's , Wendy's , bk, KFC , pizza, Taco Bell etc.... The less sodium in your foods the better, sodium makes you bloated , makes you retain water & breaks down into fat. Lots of protein is mega important! Hope this helped a bit... Too much info ;)

@iamacreative hi, aww thank you! When I first started my main focus was on burning fat so I was a cardio bunny. Now im more into toning & definition so im weight lifting, and i love it ! It burns fat faster than cardio. But honestly it depends on your goals, yoga & Pilates is a great start ๐ the main focus is eating for fuel & nutrition, so basically eating clean, no processed meats, minimize sodium intake, salt intake, & eat in small portions at least 5-6 times a day including snacks (all clean foods though) lots of veggies, & lean proteins plus your good fats that come from like almonds or avocado. It's a process girl! But it's so worth it! Hope this helped , good luck on your journey! ๐

You look so good! I love to work out but I never stick w it for long. I'm tiny as it is but id like to be cut like you haha! Also I hate that I lose the little bit of boobs and butt I have when I workout ๐ซ

@jessicaszoke aww thanks! Girl! Us tiny people have stick to lifting some heavy weights to get cut! Lol it's all about body fat & muscle. I did lose all the boob & butt I had, but been working on the butt lately so made some improvements ;)

@petrinaj4 hi! Abs are really made in the kitchen & what I mean by that is you can do a thousand crunches & sit ups a day but if your not eating clean foods those abs will never appear. Also, working out the muscle of course helps , but your diet & building muscle is key... Muscle burns fat, you seem to be already thin, so it's an advantage to you if you start aiming for muscle gains & gradually shed that fat & you will start seeing yourself lean out to see a more definition
