Folk Art Artist Musician Cellist small sculpture made from Silverware and a key!

This was a gift, so i'm not sure where it's from, but it's definitely from somewhere outside of the United States. It's a sculpture of a cellist made from forks and spoons and a key, with an amber looking rock/gem for a face. really cool folk art piece. (beer can in photo just included for scale)
