sugabutt1821 Was the length or the width/waist hemmed? & do you have the measurements of both length & waist? Also what material is it? Is it stretchy at all?

chelc261 @sugabutt1821 hi! Only the length was hemmed. The waist is 28” and the length is 42”. The fabric is rayon but not super stretchy which is why I had to go up one size (normally a small in this brand). Let me know if there is any other information you need. :)
