Are these sitting on double sided tape or are they glued to the packaging?

@katietracy120 OMG! I’m just now seeing this. They are on a thin strip of sticky tape. It’s not super sticky. I push the lash segment down & off that strip and then gently pick them up with tweezers. I’ve never mangled one using this technique.
