Flutter sleeve green polka dot dress—small

Sienna sky brand size small. Waist measures 12” flat and can accommodate up to a 26” waist, as its elastic. It’s a faux wrap dress with an interior green lining. Never worn, just ran small for me (I was a 6 with a 28” waist and it was too tight.) Excellent like new condition! Smoke free dog friendly home.
