Flowy smocked dress

I’ve had this dress for years and only worn it about 3 times. It’s beautiful and flowy and is lined halfway down. I cut out the tag as it was itchy so I’m not sure on anything about it but I’m a size medium/large 36G cup and a 35 in waist with 44 in hips and this fits great. I even wore this when I was my heaviest size of a 1x at cup being 40F, 38 waist, and 50 hips and it still worked (pictured). I can try on now too if needed
