motownnat @ralmagy2 it's made of an inner lining for opacity and the outside is tulle. Not stretchy at all. It's sewn as an A-line from the hi-neck down

motownnat @ralmagy2 forgot to add that the (unattached) belt is also tulle which I tied under my boobs for a baby doll look
