Flowy, long, oversize tunic seafoam green

Oversized women's tunic from forever 21. Dressy but casual look, cute with leggings or skinny jeans. The fabric has a shiny, glossy sheen to it and is a light teal, or seafoam green color. Only worn once, and is I perfect condition! :)
