Flowy dress from Forever 21 size S

super cute and summery dress from Forever 21. The straps tie at the shoulders and there’s a full length zipper in the back. The bottom of the dress is ruffled which is super cute! There’s no stains or scratches or holes so this dress is in great condition. I’ve only worn it once but it was super comfortable! I wouldn’t say the dress is mini but it also isn’t fully midi (it’s in between so it’s not too short which is perfect).
