Flowy beach dress

This dress was worn only once on our trip to Hawaii! Such a beautiful and extremely light weight dress with cute off the shoulder cap sleeves and a fabric tie. Green palms on blue background is perfect for a summer night out or beach vacation! There is a high slit on the right side for added drama!
