Flowy Tiered Blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @dianaminer. Loved it, ready to rotate for warmer tops for the Fall. I wore this to the office with ankle dress pants and a little black jacket to help cover the spaghetti straps. You will also look great with jeans and booties. This is super flowy and very comfy.
