Flowy Striped Dress Shorts

Cute flowy striped spring shorts with a ruffled top - super flattering on! The colors in these are very vibrant and the material is great quality! Only worn a few times. Size L but I’m normally a M and it fit me great! Has an adjustable belt that comes with it.
