Flowy Navy and Striped Summer Dress

I can’t remember if I got this from kohl’s or Walmart, but only worn twice. This dress is in great condition and SUPER soft material! *All clothes posted will be washed right before packaging as I DO have cats (you can see little fur in photos) so I will be sure they are clean with no cat hair! I’m a very clean person but cat hair does get all over! Please message with any questions or offers! In need of making $$ and I have lost a lot of weight so just need to clear my closet out!*
