Flowy Lace Top

This off white top has brown faux suede on the straps that goes down across the neckline. It’s an open neckline, laced together with long tassels. The top is two layers, a slightly shorter lining, and the outer lacy top. The hem is uneven, producing a nice flowy effect. Brand new. Store tag sizing says 3. I left a photo of the stores sizing chart. The top is a 24/26 in size.
