Flowy Dress

Blue maxi dress with flowers down one side. Asymmetrical hemline with longest lengths on sides. For reference, I am 5'5". The sides reach my ankles. The middle and back hit just below my knees. Dress is labeled a medium, but in my opinion, would fit best as a large or extra large. Please see measurements for pit to pit. Lightweight. Very minimal stretch. Straps do not adjust. Excellent used condition.
