Hello is this a short dress? I am 5'4'' do you think would it hit above the knee? Is it short or more of a mini?
Also its difficult because sometimes I wear a 6 but usually an 8. Do you mind laying it flat and telling me the waist measurement?

@einamint I am 5’3 and it is right at my knee. The dress itself is stretchy it had a rubber band waist so it’s very adjustable to different sizes. I will be more than happy to get the waist size for you!
