Floor length red and white floral chiffon skirt, fully lined (red) to high ankle, finished hem. Very flowy and feminine. Size L, waist measures approx. 28" around naturally, stretches to over 50". Length approx. 37". Good used condition. Some small snags in chiffon layer, but not noticeable while being worn. No material tag but presumably both layers are polyester.
