Flowy Blouson Top

Lovely top with elbow length full, flowing sleeves. The bottom half is lightly fitted and the top part is blouson. The top hits about hip length. The fabric is soft rayon and easy care because it can be washed on a delicate cycle, fluffed in the dryer for a few minutes, then hung to dry.
