Flowing dress with fringed hem

Size x-small but runs big. I usually wear a small in this type of dress and the x-small fits great. The straps are adjustable. There is a crochet detail at the top hem and fringe detail at the bottom hem which is uneven. The material has a texture and slight sheen. Only worn a couple of times.
