Flowing dark navy blue embroidered long shirt

Long dark navy blue flowing shirt. Arms are cinched and mid length. There is a tie at the breast with a coordinating tie with tassels. Embroidered on the front and arms with white. 100% rayon. Lightly used. No damage. Hangs to my butt but I believe it was intended to do so, seeing as I am a small. Can fit medium and small.
