🌵 Flowery Strapless Dress

Strapless dress (or the straps used to hang could be worn) with ruched black top and flowery skirt with pockets. Love having pockets on this! Dress is in great condition and fits sizes small or medium, probably 2 to a 6 because of the stretchy band around the top (seen in the photo of the back).
