Flowery Flowy Button Up Dress

A black button up dress from Macy’s. Got it on sale. It has an orange and brown flower pattern on it. It also has a wrap belt. The dress is collared and goes into a v-neck. Very cute and flowy but unfortunately does not fit me :/. Also, a button near the waist is missing and a small hole in the back where a belt loop is.
