Flower patterned deep blue halter dress

I’m 5,9” for reference. This dress is the most comfy thing. Really cute halter style with open back but not too much. Stretchy and good for small to medium chest. Slight ruffled bottom with a zipper to neck buttons. Can be dressed up as well as good for casual. Size XS.
