Flower pattern skirt

This skirt does not have its original tag in it so I don’t know what the brand is. It’s in great condition! The material is lightweight and “flowy.” The waist measurement when folded across is 12 3/4 inches and it is an elastic waistband. The length of the skirt is 29 inches.
