Flower girl dress, or formal

This dress was custom made for my Granddaughter. It was never worn because it was just a little small. She is slender but not skinny. That is her in the pictures. She wears a size 7. The dress measurements are 22.50" bust, and 21.50" waist. She could button it in the back, but it was a little tight. So, we had to buy another one a half size bigger. If such a thing existed, it would be a 6 and a 1/2. The color of the decorations on the dress is white. The rest is an off white.
