Flower girl dress

Size 3T but RUNS SMALL- my 12 month old actually ended up wearing this. It’s more in the 18-24 month size range. Very cute. Sleeves must be STEAMED prior to wear to get the structure like the pic. My girls were ADORABLE in this dress! Also selling a 5T one that fits more like a 3T that my toddler wore. Paid $56 a piece.
