Flower Print Flowy Mini Skirt

This navy and floral Forever 21 skirt is so cute and flowy and made of a thin (but not see-through) and soft material. It has an elastic waistband for added comfort. Great condition, worn a few times! Size XS but fits a S (I’m a small)
