Flower Pencil Skirt

This pencil skirt is black with pink and blue flowers on it. It is very stretchy but isn't see through. It has been worn a few times but doesn't look like it at all. We bought this skirt in Germany so the size says 38, but I'd say it can fit a medium or large.
