Flow Blue Serving Tray # 22515

This is a flow blue serving tray in a pattern I recognize, but it is not marked, and I don’t know who made it. The plate/tray is white with a dark blue design on the rim, and around the verge with a design of trees, buildings, and birds in the center. The tray measures 10.25 inches from handle to handle, 9.25 inches across the other way and it is about 1.50 inches tall and maybe 1.00 inch deep. The tray is trimmed in gold and there is gold on the handles. The back is a bit beat up with some kind of paint maybe on the bottom rim and a chip on the bottom rim (Pic 3 7:00 oclock). The plate has no damage to the top and no other chips, cracks, or gold loss. Item: 22515 Location # BIN/U
