Flouncy Lace A-Line Summer Dress, Small

This is a fun, bright yellow dress for casual or semi-formal occasions. She ruffles over the chest and falls to mid-thigh, almost knee length. There are adjustable spaghetti-straps, and I wore it for a trip in 6th grade and a project in 8th, but I think that was it. It's a shame it doesn't fit anymore, it's such a cute dress. For reference, the online chart says Small fits sizes 4-6; the average Bust-Waist-Hip sizes are 34", 26", 36.5".
