Dress is in fair condition. There are some pulls on the threads. The back smocking would have to be repaired if you choose. Or you could just wear it as is if it doesn’t bother you. The right underarm could use a closing as it looks like it came apart from the lining. Approximate measurements: Pit to pit is about 17.25 Shoulder to hem is about 33.5”
