Floral wrap dress

This dress has multi styles in one, you can wrap it and tie it and wear as a regular dress or leave open and flowy over a pair of shorts and cute tank top. It’s never been worn but not new with tags. It’s long in the back and shorter and open in the front it’s very elegant.
