Floral vintage inspired skirt

The tags lead me to believe this isn’t true vintage, but it seems to be made well and would go great in a vintage inspired outfit! Has elastic waist in the back around with a clasp and zipper. Slit in the front. Perfect condition! I’m 5’3 and it reaches a little above my ankles. Waist: 12.75” Hip: 19-20” Length: 32.5”
