Floral velvet, tiered, maxi skirt

This is a pretty maxi skirt in moody floral velvet. It starts with an elastic waist that will stretch easily to 20 inches. the velvet is arranged in a match stick kind of a pleaded deal. There are three tears of ever widening ruffles to the maxi ham in excellent condition.
