Floral two piece set

Dark blue set with yellow, blue, red, and green in the flowers. The top has strong so you can adjust how high or low it goes. The top itself is the scrunchie stretchy material. The sleeves also have ties on them as well. The bottom is a skort. It’s very flowy with the scrunchie material lining the top.
