Floral tank blouse

Cute floral print. Light enough to wear in the summer, but also heavy enough to throw a sweater over for a warm, cold weather look. Cinches at the waste, with a plume like bottom, and has a removable belt. This blouse doesn't have the tags on it, but it's never been worn.
