Floral stretch dress

Girls size medium neon floral print stretch dress. Black criss cross straps with black zipper detail. Fitted bodice with high neck and pleated a-line skirt. Worn maybe once by my daughter as the tags are no longer on it. Perfect condition Brand is So (bought at Kohls I believe).
