Floral strapless adorable top!

Floral strapless top, adorable and fun for spring! It's brand new, but does NOT have the belt strap. There are also two holes inside chest, that the strap would have gone through to synch it up around next to tie ( strap not include). I would wear it with out the strap w no problem, all you need is a strapless bra😊 the floral material sheer, but has layers that do not show through.
