Floral spring dress with ruffles

A floral spring dress with layered ruffles. It hits just below my knees (and I am 5’3). It is satin feel and super light- weight. It has always been easy to dress up with a nice cardigan or dress down with a jean jacket. The base color is navy with pink, yellow, white floral pattern.
