Floral smocked eshakti dress

Navy cotton poplin floral dress with contrasting white floral at the v-neck and sleeve cuffs. Sleeves are between a short sleeve and cap sleeve style. Smocked waist is very comfy and gives a nice shape. A-line skirt is about knee-length on me - I'm 5'3 - and has a lining that helps make the A-line stand out a bit. Size is listed as XL-16. This is a really beautiful dress but it's just not my style; it's been in my closet for months and never worn, so time to pass it on to someone who will love it. Brand new, no tags. apr
