Floral romper

Black floral tie-front romper from Windsor. Small cut out on torso, just under bust. V-shaped neck line. Short sleeves and fitted shape, super flattering. This romper is quite short. I am 5’4 and this is pretty short on me, but it’s still super cute nonetheless. Labeled size XS, fits like so. Worn twice. No obvious signs of wear and no noticeable flaws.
