Floral print surplice dress sz 18

Lovely A-line dress in black and white. Looks like a wrap dress. Plunging V neck, sleeveless, side zipper with hook and eye closure. Ribbon and stitched embellishment at hem. Has thread belt loops, but no belt. Add your own or cut the loops off. Only worn once. 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Machine wash. Chest: 21” Hemline: 39” All items are washed, dried and sealed in a bag right away. Item may smell of smoke, but one wash will usually remedy that. Thanks!
