Floral picnic dress

This dress is perfect for casual or dressy summer/spring days! You can totally dress it up or down, its multi colored but I would say the main aspect is blue. It has a vintage touch to it if you are feeling 1940's baking housewife style. Ruffled crop shoulder sleeves and buttons that go down the front with two strings to tie a bow in the front neckline. Dress is in pretty much new condition and I only wore only twice
