Floral peplum top

torrid brand peplum top in a floral gray studio knit. it is a slick, stretchy fabric that does not attract hair etc. this has flutter sleeves that are approximately elbow length, and it is tighter at the natural waist with a flare out bottom. in excellent used condition.
